Return and refund guidance for Avanovo orders.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before an order ships or enters final fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled and may need to be handled as a return if eligible.

If a cancellation request is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method unless another method is required by law or the payment provider.

Return window

Unless a product page states that an item is final sale or subject to a different return rule, contact support within 14 days after delivery to request a return.

Return eligibility depends on product condition, product type, destination, proof of purchase, and the time since delivery.

Return condition

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging with accessories, manuals, labels, and protective materials included where applicable.

Items that are used, altered, damaged after delivery, missing parts, missing packaging, or returned without approval may be rejected or refunded partially where allowed by law.

How to start a return

Before sending an item back, email [email protected] with your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Do not send items back without return instructions. Unapproved returns may be delayed, refused, or unable to be matched to your order.

Return shipping costs

Unless the return is caused by our error, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the package is safely delivered back to the return address provided by support.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping, duties, taxes, customs charges, and carrier fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received, inspected, and matched to the order, unless otherwise required by law.

Bank, card, wallet, and payment provider processing times vary, so the refunded amount may take additional time to appear after we issue it.

Late or missing refunds

If a refund has been approved but has not appeared, first check the original payment account and then contact the card issuer, bank, or payment provider because posting times vary.

Exchanges

Exchange availability depends on inventory, product type, destination, and the condition of the returned item.

If an exchange is not available, we may process an approved return and you can place a new order for the replacement item.
