Delivery options
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery windows, and costs are shown during checkout based on the destination address, cart contents, inventory status, and supported carriers.

Shipping charges
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout before payment. If a shipping method is marked free, no separate shipping fee is charged for that method at checkout.
Taxes, duties, customs fees, carrier surcharges, remote-area fees, or import costs may apply depending on the destination and are handled according to the checkout flow and applicable law.
Processing time
Order processing begins after payment authorization and order review. Processing may take additional time during launches, holidays, inventory checks, payment review, address review, or high-volume periods.
If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled as placed, we may contact you, cancel the affected item, or issue a refund where appropriate.
Estimated transit time
Delivery estimates are business-day estimates provided before or after checkout and are not guaranteed unless a shipping method explicitly states otherwise.
Carrier delays, customs review, weather, local service disruptions, remote delivery areas, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be shared after the order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Lost, damaged, or misdelivered packages
If a package appears lost, damaged, or misdelivered, contact the carrier promptly and contact us so we can review the shipment and available carrier options.
We may request photos, carrier notices, delivery confirmation, packaging details, or other documents to help investigate and determine whether a replacement, refund, or carrier claim is available.
